Tim Morton

Tim Morton is the Co-Founder and President of Prompta AI, a transformation intelligence platform purpose-built for AI-enabled change. He helps organizations improve transformation outcomes by turning workforce and organizational signals into diagnosis, explanation, action guidance, and prediction.

With decades of experience leading and advising complex global change initiatives, Tim works with executives, transformation leaders, and change teams to move beyond static plans, delayed feedback, and assumption-led decision-making. His work focuses on helping organizations identify readiness gaps, adoption risks, manager support needs, and emerging resistance earlier, so transformation leaders can take more targeted action to enable smoother transitions, stronger adoption, and more sustainable change.

Tim’s work is grounded in a core conviction: AI should strengthen human judgment in change leadership, not replace it. Through Prompta AI’s Insight-to-Action Sprint model, transformation teams gain the clarity, speed, and confidence to act — aligned to the project lifecycle, not behind it. The platform translates live workforce signals into practical recommendations and helps create and update change plans as transformation conditions evolve.
