As a fractional CTO, he works with businesses in the €50-150M revenue range, bringing over 20 years of enterprise technology leadership to organisations navigating complex digital transformations.

His distinctive approach—”fix foundations first, then AI”—positions BrainstormX in the gap between Big 4 consulting fees and pure-play AI firms, delivering enterprise architecture rigour with practical, ROI-driven outcomes. Prior to founding BrainstormX, Patrick served as Head of Digital Services & CTO at Kingspan Group, where he led technology operations across 70 countries and managed large global teams.

His current portfolio includes strategic technology advisory for a number of mid-tier companies, AI implementations, and the development of a fashion-tech platform. He leads a distributed team of 20 engineers and specialises in AI native technology, RAG systems, enterprise data strategy, and turning proof-of-concepts into production-ready solutions that demonstrate measurable business value.

Aarthi Kumar is the Head of Pre-Sales Engineering at CKDelta, an AI software business within the CK Hutchison Holdings group. She leads pre-sales, marketing, strategy, and partnerships, focusing on the development of strategic AI products that harness large-scale enterprise data to deliver efficiency, revenue growth, and sustainability. Her current work is centred on ensuring AI drives meaningful value across the utilities sector.
With over 15 years of experience spanning EY Ireland, Allianz Benelux, and entrepreneurial ventures, Aarthi brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business insight, underpinned by her dual background in data science and accounting. She has successfully led AI initiatives across sectors including retail, life sciences, and energy, achieving measurable outcomes such as revenue uplifts and operational improvements. Aarthi is also an Adjunct Faculty member in Data Mining and Machine Learning at University College Dublin, and serves as an ambassador for Women in Data Science (WiDS) Stanford.

Greg Heaslip

Greg Heaslip is an AI training specialist and business transformation advisor with over 30 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses across manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, and SaaS. He is the founder of Westmar Consulting and an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, where he specialises in applied AI training for business and professional audiences. Greg holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Limerick, with research focused on systems thinking and failure analysis — expertise that shapes his diagnostic, process-driven approach to AI adoption.

His training style is grounded in practical application: participants leave with tools, templates, and redesigned workflows they can use immediately. Rather than teaching teams how to use a chatbot, Greg focuses on building the governance frameworks, workflow transformation, and internal capability organisations need to move from AI experimentation to AI scale. Based in Galway, he works with enterprises and SMEs across Ireland through Westmar Consulting and regional enterprise support programmes.

Theresa Moulton

Theresa Moulton is an executive organizational change management consultant, coach, and thought leader who has spent more than 30 years guiding leaders and organizations through complex, consequential transformation. Her client work spans financial services, higher education, manufacturing, entertainment, utilities, nonprofits, and government. Known for her ability to translate strategic complexity into clear, human-centered change, Theresa has led large-scale transformations from the inside, working at the executive level to build change leadership capability, coach senior leaders through high-stakes transitions, and design the internal structures — Change Management Functions and Change Centers of Excellence — that help organizations sustain transformation over time.

She founded and led Performance Change Initiatives, a boutique change management consulting firm and today serves as Founder, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Change Management Review™ — one of the profession’s most respected global platforms for research, education, and community. She hosts The Change Management Review Podcast™ and curates and designs the Change Management Review™ annual Lead Change™ conference, bringing together leading voices in change, leadership, and organizational transformation.
