Diagnose the adoption.
Master the judgment.
Master the judgment.
Artificial Intelligence adoption does not stand still long enough for a static change plan. Governance changes. New Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities appear. Business priorities shift. Leaders make new decisions. Stakeholders respond in unexpected ways.
The core challenge for change and transformation professionals:
The challenge is not simply knowing what good change management looks like. It is knowing what to do next when the conditions around the change keep moving.

The AI Change Adoption Lab™
It is a live, fully virtual professional practice experience for experienced change and transformation professionals. Across three intensive days, you will build the judgment required to adapt, pivot, and interpret signals from stakeholders, the system, the business environment, and leadership in the middle of continuous change.

You will work with a global peer team inside an evolving AI adoption scenario, applying what you already know against conditions that do not hold still. New information will surface. A stakeholder will respond in a way you did not expect. A leader will reverse a decision. Your team will need to determine what that means, what changes now, and how your strategy should respond.
That is the work of the Lab.

Why This Capability Matters Now
AI use is expanding rapidly, but enterprise value depends on far more than technology deployment.

What You Will Take Away
Develop the judgment, adaptability, and systems perspective required to lead AI adoption when conditions are evolving, information is incomplete, and the path forward is not yet clear.
What Is the Lab
The AI Change Adoption Lab™ is a methodology-agnostic, applied learning experience built around a
continuously evolving AI adoption scenario.
You bring the methodology, professional experience, tacit knowledge, and judgment you already use. The Lab puts those capabilities under real pressure.
Working with other advanced change and transformation professionals from around the world, you will form a peer team responsible for navigating an AI adoption initiative as its business environment changes. You will begin with one understanding of the challenge. Then something changes: new stakeholder information, a governance issue, a change in executive direction, an unintended workflow consequence, data that contradicts an assumption your team has been operating on. Your team must decide what the new information means, what changes now, which intervention still makes sense, and whether to act, wait, or gather more evidence.
Peer Dynamics & Shared Cohort Debriefs
Teams work in friendly competition throughout the Lab. What matters is not which team wins. It is what every participant learns by working through the same shifting conditions other experienced practitioners are working through at the same time. After each round, teams debrief together — comparing assumptions, decisions, and reasoning — so the learning belongs to the whole cohort, not just to whichever team read the situation best.
Inside the Lab, you will work across the interconnected dimensions of AI adoption, including:
- Governance, responsible use, risk, and organizational guardrails
- Human and AI decision rights, accountability, and trust
- Workflow integration, role change, and new ways of working
- Change leadership, sponsorship, and management alignment
- Organizational culture and stakeholder engagement
- Communications, resistance, commitment & psychological safety
- The practical implications of AI technology for people and work
- Adoption signals, evidence, and situational awareness
- Intervention design, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Business value, adoption effectiveness, and sustainable use
The goal is not to memorize the “right” response to an AI adoption problem. It is to become better at determining what the right response is under the conditions you are actually facing.

The Cohorts
Choose the cohorts that fits your schedule.
Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy for information about cancellations, transfers, and refunds.
Each cohort is intentionally limited to 25 participants. That limit protects what makes the experience valuable: substantive peer-team interaction, meaningful faculty engagement, and the chance to compare decisions and reasoning across teams rather than disappear into a large online course.
Investment
The organizations behind the research earlier on this page are not struggling with AI adoption for lack of technology. They are struggling for lack of the judgment this Lab is built to develop — the ability to read a changing situation, decide what matters, and adapt without losing sight of the business outcome.
Founding Cohort (December 1–3, 2026): $1,595
January Cohort (January 26–28, 2027): $1,995
Founding pricing is available only for the December 2026 cohort.
