Refund Policy for All CMR Programs

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Change Management Review (CMR) Programs
At CMR, we understand that schedules shift and unexpected events can occur. Our policies are designed to be fair, considerate, and supportive of our participants.

Full Refund — 30 Days Before Program Start
If you cancel 30 days or more before your program begins, you will receive a full refund.
No questions asked.
To request a refund, please email us at editor@changemanagementreview.com.

Program Credit — Within 30 Days of Program Start
If you cancel less than 30 days before the start date, we are unable to issue a refund.
However, you will receive a 100% program credit that may be applied to any future CMR program.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• You may use the credit toward any upcoming CMR program.
• We require a minimum of 2 weeks written notice to process a full program credit.

After Program Start
Once a program has started, refunds and credits are not available.
Exception:
If you experience a serious emergency, please reach out to us by email. We review these situations with care and will do our best to support you.

Include:
• Your full name
• The program you are enrolled in
• Your request (refund, cancellation, or credit)

We appreciate early notice whenever possible.
