STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

A year-round relationship with the CMR
professional community

Connect credible expertise, technology, and practical value
with professionals leading change, transformation,
and AI adoption.

Change Management Review™ (CMR) is an independent professional organization focused on shaping the work of change and transformation.

CMR advances the ideas, capabilities, and conversations professionals and organizations need to respond to a business environment being reshaped by intelligent technology — bringing together original thinking, applied capability development, professional community, and industry events.

Where CMR Is Focused Now

CMR remains firmly rooted in organizational change and transformation while paying particular attention to how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing work, organizations, and the practice of change itself.

As AI reshapes roles, decision-making, leadership, learning, governance, adoption, and the relationship between people and technology, change and transformation professionals are being asked to work in new ways and address challenges that are still evolving.

CMR is exploring these developments through its publishing, professional learning, research-informed resources, events, and conversations with practitioners, experts, and organizations working directly with these changes.

This creates an important opportunity for CMR’s Strategic Partners whose technologies, research, expertise, experience, or solutions are a strong fit with the needs of the CMR professional community and can add useful perspective and practical value as this work evolves.

Each year, CMR develops Strategic Partnerships with organizations whose technologies, services, expertise, research, or solutions align with the needs and interests of its change and transformation professional community.

More Than a Sponsorship

A CMR Strategic Partnership is more than a sponsorship. It is active involvement and participation in the CMR professional community.

CMR Strategic Partners engage in substantive professional conversation and learning, contribute useful ideas and applied experience, and build high-value relationships with change and transformation professionals over time.

The objective is not to advertise or sell at every interaction. It is to become meaningfully connected to a professional community while creating sustained visibility for an organization whose work CMR believes is relevant to where the profession is going.

What Makes a CMR Strategic Partnership Different

Centered on Mutual Fit
The strongest partnerships are those where there is clear alignment between what an organization brings, what is relevant to the CMR community, and how both parties want to participate in the relationship.

Category Exclusive

CMR accepts only one annual Strategic Partner within each defined solution category during the partnership term. Once a category is represented, competing organizations are not accepted as CMR annual Strategic Partners within that category for the duration of the agreement.
This gives each Strategic Partner the opportunity to build a distinctive and sustained association with the CMR professional community.

Built Around Participation

Strategic Partners bring more than a logo or advertising message. They bring expertise, useful ideas, credible examples, customer experience, research, intelligent technologies, applied solutions, and knowledgeable people who can contribute to conversations of genuine value to change and transformation professionals.

Independent Professional Platform

CMR maintains its independent editorial and professional standards across its publications, interviews, programming, research, and community experiences.

Partnership creates opportunities for participation and visibility while preserving the credibility and trust of the CMR professional community.

What CMR Looks for in a Strategic Partner

  • Future-of-profession relevance – technology, services, expertise, research, or solutions relevant to the evolving work and challenges of change and transformation professionals.
  • Visionary and agile thinking – organizations looking ahead and responding to emerging professional and organizational needs.
  • Distinctive contribution – something the CMR community would genuinely benefit from understanding, discussing, experiencing, or applying.
  • Credibility and integrity – organizations and leaders CMR can confidently associate with its professional platform and extensive network.
  • Community contribution – a willingness to participate in professional conversation and learning, rather than treating every interaction as a sales opportunity.
  • Commitment to partnership – the people, expertise, responsiveness, and resources required to participate actively throughout the year.
  • Category compatibility – alignment with an available category-exclusive Strategic Partner position.

What Partnership Can Include

The annual relationship can create multiple opportunities to build visibility, contribute expertise, participate in professional conversation, and develop relationships within the CMR community.

Current opportunities can include category-exclusive CMR Strategic Partner recognition, year-round CMR website presence, designated promotional visibility in Change Management Weekly™, a sponsored public webinar to CMR subscribers and social media followers, selected CMR social amplification, strategic relationship facilitation, sponsorship of CMR’s annual flagship event, Lead Change, and in-house support for the implementation of CMR partnership benefits.

A Different Kind of Relationship

CMR is not seeking passive sponsors.

We are building a small group of active strategic partners: organizations prepared to bring credible expertise, evidence, experience, ideas, technologies, and professional value into the community while building substantive relationships over time.
