In this episode of the Change Management Review™ Podcast, Brian Gorman interviews Meighan (Meg) Newhouse – CEO and Co-Founder, Inspirant Group, home of the #Unconsultants who guide clients from inspiration to transformation.
In an era ushering in more digitization and automation, she still believes that humans are any organization’s greatest asset.
After observing many people close to her dread going to work and loathing their jobs, she has focused her career on helping people reach their full potential in life, both in the work they do and beyond.
Inspirant is Meg’s second start up. Prior to creating the disruptive consulting firm with her two partners, Amir Azarbad and Chris VanAvermaete, she founded and ran Colette Allen Consulting, a boutique learning and development firm focused on helping people “LEARN to love your work.”
Keeping true to her “people first” beliefs, she co-founded Colette Allen Charities with her husband, an organization centered on supporting individuals inspired to improve their lives through education and training.
A member of the Forbes Business Council, Meg holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Instructional Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
18+ months into the disruption of Covid-19, the future of work and the future of the workplace remain uncertain. While may business leaders are eager to bring their employees “back to work,” many employees are eager to find a new, more balanced way of living.
In this podcast, Meg and Brian explore some of the challenges that business leaders and their organizations are facing and the role that change practitioners should be playing in helping to address those challenges.
