Her current work is centred on ensuring AI drives meaningful value across the utilities sector.
With over 15 years of experience spanning EY Ireland, Allianz Benelux, and entrepreneurial ventures, Aarthi brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business insight, underpinned by her dual background in data science and accounting. She has successfully led AI initiatives across sectors including retail, life sciences, and energy, achieving measurable outcomes such as revenue uplifts and operational improvements. Aarthi is also an Adjunct Faculty member in Data Mining and Machine Learning at University College Dublin, and serves as an ambassador for Women in Data Science (WiDS) Stanford.

James Garza is a Senior Data Scientist and a founder of Tequila AI, an AI and data consulting firm specialising in custom AI strategies, machine learning models, and data governance solutions.
