Jason began his career as a web developer when Cold Fusion roamed the earth. Over the following years, he moved into into management, agile coaching and consulting. In 2012 he released Lean Change Management chapter by chapter and then spent the greater part of the next decade traveling the world in search of what separated organizations that were good at change, from those that were not so good at change.

Jason is the founder of Lean Change Inc, world-renowned speaker and #1 best selling Amazon author of From Skeptic to Strategist: Embracing AI in Change Management which debuted at #1 on the global new release chart in January 2024.
