Change Management Review™ Content Reviews
Explore peer-practitioner insights on resources shaping organizational change practice today. Our reviewers offer their perspective on what stood out to them, how the knowledge might be useful, what makes sense and what doesn’t, and why it matters. These reviews aim to spark ideas, challenge assumptions, and inspire fresh approaches to navigating organizational change and professional practice.
Prior to 2025, reviews were on books, articles and videos. In 2025, room is being made for reviews on white papers, card decks, toolkits, tools, playbooks and other useful published content that could help you elevate your professional practice.
Current Editor in Residence: Gilbert Kruidenier
Gilbert Kruidenier is a change enthusiast who is all about community, learning and devouring books about change and related topics. With 20 years of experience in delivering change of any kind and five years of teaching change to post-graduates, he brings a practical, no-nonsense but fair lens to his reviews. Expect honesty, a little humour, and a lot of curiosity about classic, new and emerging ideas as he explore what these books (and other content) get right—and where they might need a few more edits.
Gilbert’s tenure expires in June 2025. If you are interested to be the next Editor in Residence and provide reviews, see below.

Editor in Residence Program
Starting in January 2025, we offer a 6-month tenure to one individual to be an Editor in Residence for Change Management Review™. During this tenure we ask that individual to select and review 6 pieces of content (e.g. book, article, video, playbook, card deck, tool, etc) and provide a written review (approx. 500-600 words) to be published here and shared with our community. If this sounds like something you are interested to do, Contact us to start a conversation. We are on the look out for someone to take up the reins starting July 2025! And we think there is a truly valuable proposition we can offer to such worthy invididuals.
