Theresa Moulton brings more than 25 years of organizational change management consulting, executive coaching, and business building experience to her clients across multiple industries such as financial services, manufacturing, higher education, entertainment, utilities, nonprofit and government.
Ms. Moulton has been in the trenches leading teams while providing executive consulting on large, multi-year complex transformations. Key clients include Fidelity Investments, Dartmouth College, Engelhard, Tufts University, Twentieth Century Fox, JEA, City Year and the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.
In addition to providing change leadership coaching, team facilitation, and strategic planning, she founded and co-developed the graduate-level Personal and Professional Coaching Certification program for Cambridge College and currently instructs Coaching and Consulting Skills for Change Management Professionals.
Theresa has been a guest lecturer and speaker at the IBM Center for Business Value, Babson College, the Organization Design Forum, NICSA, NEHRA, SHRM, ACMP Global and CFO Magazine. She is a serial entrepreneur having built and scaled her own change management company for 17 years. Ms. Moulton, Editor-in-Chief, founded the Change Management Review™, an online media company globally serving organizational change management professionals over the past 9 years.
She holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and her B.S. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Massachusetts. She holds certifications in Personal and Professional coaching, Prosci Change Management (CMP, and APMG Agile Change and currently serves on the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Global/International Coaching Federation (ICF) Global Task Force.

Helen Palmer has over three decades of experience helping organizations in Australia and NZ change and learn. She specializes in turning practitioner knowledge into innovative products that deliver exceptional value to businesses and customers alike. She helps entrepreneurs navigate from chaos to creation, and her work is characterized by her talent to seamlessly facilitate and transition change from the mundane to the magnificent.
Bill is a seasoned organizational development professional dedicated to helping businesses transform by engaging their people to adopt and sustain better ways of working. With experience as both an external consultant and an internal leader, he focuses on applying the best tools and practices in organizational change management, learning, talent development, and technology adoption. In his role at the Change Management Review, Bill will research and recommend priority initiatives to engage the global change management community and enhance the profession.
Callie Gargiulo McDowell, Contributing Editor and Product Strategist for Change Management Review™, has focused on designing and developing systems, processes, and tools to accelerate change within organizations for 30+ years. She has worked in a number of industries including financial services, biotechnology, higher education, pharmaceuticals, publishing, power, and manufacturing.
A connector and bridge builder by nature, Ksenia Bitter’s passion is to help organizations adapt to and thrive in constantly changing environments caused by technology disruption, organizational transformation, and external market factors. She oversees the “Top 50 Change Professionals To Follow” initiative at Change Management Review™, spotlighting change management practitioners and leaders.
Dr. Linda Hoopes brings a wide range of perspectives to her work in organizational change. She is the author of two books, including the award-winning Prosilience: Building Your Resilience for a Turbulent World. In her role at Change Management Review™, Dr. Hoopes writes a series about change management intersections with research, organization development, human energy, and psychology.
Motivated by the diversity of the human experience and organizational life, Jessica Bronzert, founder of The Sparks Group, helps leaders develop the capacity and skills they need to be successful. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Jessica created our “Vertical Development: The Intersection of Change and Leadership” series.
Dr. BehNaz Gholami is a change strategist, social scientist/researcher, and experience designer. She develops and implements change management strategies based on human-centered design, multidisciplinary pragmatic methods, and scientific approaches such as design thinking, neuroscience, and more. Dr. Gholami created our “Design Thinking” series for change management leaders.
