About Maria Recaman Koppel

María Recaman Koppel was born in Bogota, Colombia, where she studied a Bachelor in Political Science. She holds a MSc in Organisation, Culture and Management from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam. In 2012, she got into change management by chance, and since then she has worked in the change management industry in Colombia and Australia, where she moved in 2019. Having worked for an Australian bank, and a multinational consulting company, she now leads the Change Team at a Cemetery Trust in Victoria, Australia. She’s most interested in understanding human and social behaviour in organisational settings.
