About Bronté Jackson
Bronté is a retired Management Consultant, formerly to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and the UN World Food Programme. For more than three decades she provided specialist advice, practical assistance, and leadership in developing and implementing new strategies and programmes for the management of people and assets. Her passion was to create workplaces that were just, safe, and respectful so that everyone could flourish, and she focussed on helping the ‘helpers’. Her highly regarded skill as a professional Facilitator and designer of group dialogues assisted with this, along with her specialization in cross cultural conversations. She is a former Global Board Member of the Change Management Institute, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Change Management focus.
