Program highlights

  • 8-week program: Weekly live three-hour virtual sessions that include hands-on practice and real-time instructor feedback. This program has been successfully delivered over the past three years and is proven to build coaching capability that can be implemented after each virtual session.
  • Pandatron AI coaching tool: Integrated learning with the AI coaching tool plus two months of free access to this cutting-edge technology after the 8-week virtual instructor-led sessions are completed.
  • Practice sessions: 7 x 90-minute weekly peer-to-peer practice sessions
  • Limited cohort size: We limit enrollment to 15 participants to ensure personalized attention and meaningful interactions.
  • On-demand access to sessions: Each session is recorded and securely stored in the cohort’s virtual meeting space. Participants can access these recordings, along with pre-work, homework, and class materials, at their convenience.
  • Pathway to certification: The October 2024 cohort is the pilot cohort for the Certified Change Management Coach (CCMC™) designation. Participants of this cohort will be given a $500 discount for participating and providing their feedback.

Theresa Moulton is a distinguished Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant and Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience in leading complex, multi-year transformations across various industries including financial services, higher education, and entertainment. She has provided expert consulting to high-profile clients such as Fidelity Investments, Dartmouth College, and Twentieth Century Fox.

Theresa is a recognized leader in change management, holding certifications in Personal and Professional Coaching, Prosci® Change Management, and APMG Agile Change. She is also a founder of the Change Management Review™ and has taught Coaching and Consulting Skills at Cambridge College. Her extensive background includes scaling her own change management firm for 17 years and serving as a vice president on Babson College’s alumni board.

Theresa’s academic credentials include an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Massachusetts. She actively contributes to the field through her involvement with the ACMP Global/ICF Global Task Force.
